It was, very unpredictable, to forecast the ‘outcome’, of the epic clash between the two majestic teams of Indo-Pak. It seemed, one state will be vanished, that loses! The hype, that was created by media, through their dialectic tactics, was so huge and gigantic, that actually hypnotized the people of Indo-Pak, to be obsessed with the contrived dilemma, and simply made them boisterous. “Defeat will be considered heterodoxy and victory perpetual glory”. So it’ll going to be a cricket ‘Tsunami’.
I am sorry to say: Media across the borders, merely dogmatized, and created a ‘hype of abhor’.
But, the outcome appeared to be a ‘friendly rivalry’ rather being a ‘conventional foe’. The hoopla was ignored by the cricketers, and people of both the sides. Both sides elevated their sportsmen spirit high; not engaging this sport into an ongoing bloody political rivalry between the establishments of the two nations.
Sportsmen, of both the sides had shown a lot of respect for each other. Credit goes to the captains of both the teams. The true ‘Epic Heroes’. Along with the crowd, that has shown an appraisable gesture of love, peace, candidness, and unity; gave a true picture of a ‘secular modern literate India’. I’ll really reckon…!
As a patriot, regrets are always there for Pakistan’s hunchback. But the other side of the picture reflects: “Creation of a harmonized Pakistan”, after this epic clash. Whole Pakistan was harmonized. There was no Sindhi, Punjabi, Pathan and Balochi. All were Pakistani’s from KPK to Sindh. So was it a defeat or Success?! So the outcome came out to be therapeutic.
The notion, of ‘Enlightened Moderation’ is prevailing in Pakistan, at the rate much higher than in the past. Despite, of the fanatics fear though. Because nation wants change, a substantive modification, in our system, which should be based on non-discriminatory grounds, by keeping humanity, as the biggest religion of the country.
There is a very famous saying: “Everything happens for a good”. So media’s ‘hype of abhor’, accomplice for Indo-Pak proximity. “Thanks to the media again”.
